Here you will find the answers to some of the questions clients often ask us.
A: Yes, we are completely independent. We act on behalf of our clients as their agent and have no affiliation whatsoever to any product or fund provider.
A: You will always be allocated a Chartered or Certified Financial Planner as your single point of contact, who will be supported by an experienced technical team. The Chartered and Certified Financial Planner designations are classified as level 6 qualifications in the national framework and are considered to be the “gold standard” of the financial planning profession. In addition, all of our financial planners hold, or are studying towards, further specialist qualifications.
A: When taken as a whole we would not expect to be the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We feel that our financial planning fees offer genuine value for money. We won’t commence work on a clients behalf unless we feel that we can add significant value to their financial lives.
A: We believe in being open and transparent about our fees. Following our initial discovery meeting we will write to you setting out the scope of work we have agreed to complete on your behalf, as well as the fee required for our services.
A: This will depend on the complexity of your circumstances, as well as the response times from third party providers. We will take as long as is required to ensure that you receive the highest quality financial planning advice. As a general guide, we would expect to be able to present your initial planning advice and strategy report around 6-8 weeks after starting work on your case.
A: Yes. We have no ties to any particular product or fund provider and are free to recommend any available solution.
